This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action upon the representation dated 11.03.2020 sent by the Petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 11.03.2020 and to take action in accordance with law.

Mrs.Karthika Ashok, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation of Chennai submitted that the Corporation has acted on the representation made by the petitioner and notice has been issued to the fifth and sixth respondents under the Tamil Nadu Public Health Act. The learned counsel submitted that the fifth and sixth respondents have been given sufficient instructions and the Corporation officials will follow it up and ensure that no health hazard and nuisance is caused to the petitioner.

Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth and sixth respondents submitted that the Corporation of Chennai has already issued a notice and the fifth and sixth respondents will comply with the said notice and will not cause any health hazard and nuisance to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
