(PD) No.2366 of 2019 C.R.P.(PD) No.2366 of 2019 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 24.07.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.296 of 2018 within a period three weeks months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Attur, by way of letter dated 23.10.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further two months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
