On earlier occasion i.e. 18.10.2016, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for Orders" on 01.11.2016. On 01.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal"on 18.11.2016. Even today, (18.11.2016) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record.
