This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's Bank account bearing Account No.0009102000006166INR0571 maintained with the 3rd respondent-Bank.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the Bank account of petitioner, which was maintained with the third respondent Bank was not freezed and the same is still in operation. Learned counsel has also filed a statement of account of the petitioner.
3. On a perusal of the statement of account of the petitioner, it is seen that the account number mentioned in the writ petition and a copy of the statement account of the petitioner produced by the respondents are one and the same and also it is seen that there are several transactions took place after filing of the writ petition. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled to get the relief as sought for in this petition, as the petitioner's account was not freezed by the respondents-Bank.
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
