Crl.M.P.No.7387 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9510 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9510 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9510 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
