There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent / plaintiff, K.Ravichandran.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent had been appointed as guardian and he had misappropriated the property and movable jewels to the disadvantage of the petitioners. A learned counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. But unfortunately there is no appearance today and there was also no appearance on behalf of the respondent on 12.06.2024. Already there has been a direction for the respondent to file a detailed statement of accounts relating to the income from the properties of the minor including movable and immovable. There is no record to show that the accounts have been filed.

3. Let me keep A.Nos.2850 & 2851 of 2021 pending. But, I would order A.No.2849 of 2021. Since the petitioners have admittedly crossed the age of 18 years, they are declared that they have attained the age of majority.
