When the matter was taken up today under the caption 'for reporting compliance', the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per the directions of this Court vide order dated 05.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.13130 & 13118 of 2024, the petitioners have cancelled the Mortgage deed vide Receipt Deed dated 03.07.2024, by way of Doc.No.3989/2024, before SRO, Madhavaram and the sale deed executed by Muthukumar, Vadivelu and Somasundaram in favour of A6 was also cancelled vide Doc.No.3990/2024 dated 03.07.2024. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the intervener and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 05.06.2024 is made absolute.
