ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry and grant actual pension amount to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2022.
2. According to the petitioner, he has made representation dated 16.05.2022 to the respondents seeking revised pensionary benefits to him on par with his junior. But till no orders have been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition before this Court.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
