This writ petition has been instituted to direct the 3rd respondent to issue a legal heir certificate to the petitioner by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.01.2020. 2.

Mr.K.Mugundhan, learned Counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the case of the petitioner is to be considered with reference to the Government Order issued in G.O.(Ms)No.478, Revenue & Disaster

Management, Revenue Administration Wing, RA-3(2) Section dated 29.09.2022.

In view of the said Government Order, the Official respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
