O R D E R

This present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2017 filed by the petitioner/husband at an early date.

From the perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner/husband filed a petition for divorce against the respondent vide H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2017 on the file of Sub-Court, Uthangarai and respondent/wife filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2016 on the file of Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai. Both the matters are pending at the stage of filing counter.

3. The Hon'ble Supreme Court directs the Family Courts to go slow and not to hasten the decision without referring the parties to counselling and Mediation process. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances, a direction is given to the Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai to refer both the matters to Mediation. If the Mediation does not work, dispose of the case preferably within a period of six months after completion of the statutory period prescribed for Mediation process.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
