CRIME NO.527 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6085 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12505 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court that the petitioners should report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 18.08.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed on Crl.M.P.No.6085 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 08.10.2020 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
