Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to consider the representation dated 13.04.2022 seeking permission to construct the Amman Sannadhi to the right side of the Sivan Sannadhi facing East in the South West side as per Agama Vidhi and as was in existence before 1981 and for relocation of the Amman Deity to its original place. ORDER
This writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 07.06.2021 in Suo motu W.P.No.574 of 2015 and WP(MD).No.24178 of 2018. The Hon'ble Division Bench while disposing the above writ petitions have directed to constitute the State Level Expert Committee consisting of a Structural Expert, Archaeological Expert, Conservation Expert, a qualified Traditional Stapathi preferably from the Government College of Architecture and Sculpture, Mamallapuram etc,.

2.The 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 13.04.2022 of the petitioner and dispose the same in the light of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Suo Motu W.P.No.574 of 2015 and WP(MD).No.24178 of 2018 dated 07.06.2021, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a direct representation to the State Level Expert Committee which has been constituted pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Suo Motu W.P. No.574 of 2015 and WP(MD).No.24178 of 2018 dated 07.06.2021.
3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
