Respondent Prayer : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition The Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file and application u/s 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Court while granting suspension of sentence on 13.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.17269 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1155 of 2024 is sought to be relaxed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17268 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1155 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Sankarankoil Police Station, Tirunelveli, once in a month, i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until

the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
