Respondents Writ Petition No.31140 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing directing the second respondent to delete the objectionable and derogatory remarks from Page 168, Under the Heading as 4.1 caste conflict and Dress change, a lesson included in the CBSE syllabus for class IX Social Science, Text book and also to direct the second respondent consequently to tender an unconditional apology to Nadar Community for having made false and derogatory publicatin against them by Print and electronic Media on the basis of the News Published in Tamil Daily "Daily Thanthi" dated 02.11.2012.

Writ Petition No.33714 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to delete and remove the objectionable, False and Derogatory text published by the third respondent at Page 168 and 169 under the Heading as "4.1 - Caste Conflict and Dress Change" in CBSE Syllabus for Class IX Social Science Text Book and to revise the same as traced out from the History.
