This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to seeking direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners in connection with the complaint dated 26.04.2016 given by the defacto complainant

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by Asha, petition enquiry in CSR.No.144 of 2016 is pending before the respondent. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
