2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, as on date no case has been registered against the petitioner. However, he has submitted that the petitioner has given a petition and in connection with the petition, the petitioner was directed to appear for enquiry, and the Police never harassed the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and the respondent-Police is directed to conduct an enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
