2. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition, after dispensing with the requirement to file a counter, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2022 and dispose of it in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
