The petitioner seeks direction to direct the respondents to register the complaint on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.10.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry in connection with the petition filed by him. He further contended that if the petitioner co-operates with the police, the complaint lodged will be enquired into and depending upon the result of the enquiry, the case will be registered.
