The Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order imposing one month imprisonment passed in order and Judgment dated 01.11.2012 made in Criminal Appeal No.33/2012 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri,against the Judgment dated:15/05/2012 made in CC.No.32/2011 on the file of the chief Judicial Magistrate Uthangarai and call for the records and acquit the petitioner from all the charges. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.09.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be listed on 14.09.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, today the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" .

2. Today, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Since the criminal revision petition is pending from the year 2013 and considering the fact, that the petitioner is not interested in conducting the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the revision for non prosecution.
