ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 from in anyway cleaning the temple pond and developing a park for recreational activities in the temple pond and lands belonging to Arulmigu Mannadeeswarar Pachai Amman Temple situated at Thirumullaivoyal Village and Firka, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner Trust is a third party to the temple and it has no locus standi to file this writ petition. That apart, the said petition has been filed restraining the respondents 1 to 3 to clean the temple pond.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no merits in this writ petition and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
