JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is arising out of the order passed by the Family Court. During the pendency of the appeal, the parties were referred to Mediation and have amicably settled their dispute. The Mediation Report has been filed enclosing the Settlement Agreement dated 03.09.2025.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement and the said agreement shall form part of this judgment. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
