ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondent to include the petitioner's name to the TNSTC, Villupuram Division, Vellore, for selection to the post of conductor within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that as of now, there is no requirement for selection to the the post of conductor.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
