Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition with libery to file a fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording his statement and the endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.20396 & 20397 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
