This petition has been filed within the time allowed under law. Hence, this petition is ordered.

2.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment, bringing on record the sixth respondent in this petition as the legal representative of the deceased fourth respondent in the appeal and add him as sixth respondent in the appeal.
