O.P.No.220 of 2022 O.P.No.220 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, relating to the debts and securities in the name of the B.Haribabu, who died intestate on 13.06.2014.

2. B.Haribabu was the husband of the 1st petitioner and the father of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners.

3. After following due procedure, the petitioner was invited to tender evidence.

4. The 1st petitioner examined herself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of her husband B.Haribabu and the Legal Heirship Certificate were marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The details of share holding was marked as Ex.P3.

5. In view of the evidence presented, the Original Petition stands allowed. Succession Certificate issued in the name of all the three petitioners.
