This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed in order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8634 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. The investigation has been completed and the final report is laid before the Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID, Egmore, Chennai, on receipt of summons and co-operate with the trial proceedings, till the disposal of the case.
