It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the second respondent is died. The first respondent is the son of the second respondent and the first respondent is individual capacity as share in the property and he also gets share from his mother.

However, taking note of the above facts, as the first respondent fails to furnish the security despite the order of this Court, there shall be an attachment in respect of the first respondent share alone. The registry is directed to intimate the Order of attachment to the concerned Registrar. 3.
