The above writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2023 and to direct the respondents to allot a flat to the petitioner in Nochikuppam or Nochi Nagar Housing Scheme and pass appropriate orders.
2. Mr.Babu Muthu Meeran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
3. Without going into the merits of the claim, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
