These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 3036 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second Appellant, (b) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second Appellant and (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second Appellant in the main second appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

3. This Court has also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.
