This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to direct the respondent-Police to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.435 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.435 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of.
