PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for records on the file of the first respondent relating to the order passed in Na.Ka.1715/2013/A2 dated 27.03.2013 and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to quash the order of the first respondent issued in Na.Ka.1715/2013/A2 dated 27.03.2013.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, learned counsel for the 4th respondent and learned counsel for the 5th respondent.

3. The writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 1st respondent dated 27.03.2013, in and by which, the first respondent has taken away the power of the petitioner, who was functioning as Vice President and given the power to the 5th respondent.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that the 4th respondent was the president and the petitioner was the Vice President of Ariyakunjur Village, Chengam and their term of office already over and hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

5. In light of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
