C.M.P.No.11213 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 1818 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent.

2. C.M.P.No.11215 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent.

3. C.M.P.No.11218 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 7 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for hearing after 2 weeks.
