This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime Cr.No.456 of 2013, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet has been filed, even final report has been field on 26.03.2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirukazhukundram, but the same has not been taken on file.

5.Registry is directed to call for the records from the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirukazhukundram, for not taking cognizance of the final report filed in Crime No.456 of 2013 on file, though the same was filed on 26.03.2014.
