By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.P.Britto, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selva Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

3.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to give underground drainage facility to his house area is inner Ring Road Housing Sector and Shanthi Colony Main Road under Division - 30 of Chennai Corporation by considering his representation dated 07.04.2015. 4.The third respondent vide letter dated 24.4.2015, informed the petitioner that Ring Road Hosing Sector located in Division 30 has been included in the left out streets under UGSS, for taking further action.

5.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that the process is going on and it is a large scale project, which cannot be undertaken immediately and several steps have to be taken to implement the said project. 6.In any event, since a representation is pending before the authorities, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and inform in writing to the petitioner the stage of the project, etc., within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
