PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition had been filed under Section 25 of the Lease and Rent Control Act, to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 05.03.2021 passed in RCA No.345 of 2016 on the file of the VII Court of Small Causes at Chennai, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 04.04.2016 passed in RCOP No.1393 of 2015 on the file of the X Court of Small Causes at Chennai and allow the above Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioners : Mr.V.Sivalingam in both cases for M/s.C.S.Associates For Respondent : Mr.L.Rajasekar in both cases COMMON ORDER Today, when these Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
