The petitioner seeks direction to direct the respondent to register a criminal case against the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. A reading of the complaint reveals that a Will alleged to have been executed by the mother of the petitioner was enforced even in the year 1991 and on the basis of the Will the property was sold in the year 2007.

4. According to me, the remedy lies only before the Civil Court and no criminal offence is made out. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
