The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.01.2014 bearing CSR.No.44 of 2014 and file FIR. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.44 of 2014 and the same has been closed on 28.01.2015. A copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
