A.Nos.2813, 2814, 2816 of 2022 in C.S.No.633 of 2010 R.N.MANJULA,J.

These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 4284 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the defendant Nos.3,4,5,7,14,15,17,25,70,75,78,84 and defendant Nos.1,9,13,16,18,37,40,41,43,44,63,67,74 in the above civil suit in C.S.No.633 of 2010; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the above defendants in the above suit; to bring on record of the respondent Nos.81 to 94 herein as legal heirs of the deceased defendant Nos.13,14,15 and 17 and rank them as defendant Nos.106 to 119 as defendants in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the suit.
