By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner made a bid for fishing rights in Vilangamudi Jambu Lake, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District for the period between 01.07.2015 and 30.06.2016, vide application dated 17.11.2015 and he was granted such right. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the period is from 01.07.2015 to 30.06.2016, the auction was conducted only during November 2015 and therefore, he is entitled to extension of period and in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 30.05.2016 followed by a reminder dated 02.06.2016 to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
