ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondents to demarcate the Survey No. 17/2 - 0.86 cents and 17/4 -0.80 cents and rectified the patta for an extent of 1.66 cents instead of 0.66 cents based on the representation dated 09.01.2026.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
