The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to register the complaint received by the first respondent in SP/PBLR40-1028 which was referred to the second respondent in his proceedings in C.No.13/DCB/PBLR/2015 dated 27.01.2015, to investigate the same and file the final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed as ' Mistake of fact' on 13.02.2015.
