ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police

daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders' in Crl.OP.No.6097 of 2026 order dated 10.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court since 17.03.2026.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders' in Crl.OP.No.6097 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026, is relaxed, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
