Though the petitioner had originally sought for transfer of HMOP.No.52 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to Sub-Court, Avinashi to be tried along with HMOP.No.79 of 2019 pending on its file, Mr.S.Kolandasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner has no objection for transfer of HMOP.No.79 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Avinashi to the Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with HMOP.No.52 of 2019.

2. In view of the said submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, HMOP.No.79 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Avinashi is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried and disposed of along with HMOP.No.52 of 2019 pending on its file.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
