ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent police not to harass him on the basis of his complaint dated 17.02.2015 and in respect of false complaint lodged by Premkumar.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that on the complaint given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by one Premkumar, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.1467 of 2014 against the petitioner.

4. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
