The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for modification in paragraph 8 of the order .

On the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said order has been passed by this Court on the context that the Regular Vice Chancellor has been appointed and is acting in the Puducherry University. Hence, this Court is of the view that, at this point of time, no modification is required for the clarification of the said order and no prejudice would be caused to petitioner by not modifying the order. Hence W.M.P. is Closed.
