This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 19.02.2021 passed in W.P.No.29628 of 2012 on the file of this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order dated 19.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29628 of 2012 has been complied by the respondents and he has also produced a compliance report in Na.Ka.No.BC1/6190/2017 dated 19.04.2023 to that effect, after duly serving a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Recording the aforesaid compliance report dated 19.04.2023 submitted the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. 20.04.2023 (vm) Index :
