Government of Tamil Nadu and learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of Government of Puducherry, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to ensure that on-line payment of e-court fee is introduced at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from date. Rules, if any, in this regard should be finalized positively within a period of four weeks from date. No costs. 2.List for compliance on 13.10.2017.
