ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 28.10.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15711 of 2017.

2. The order passed by this Court had been complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners instead of giving separate patta, the respondent issued joint patta . Therefore, the

petitioners are at liberty to apply fresh application for separate patta after sub division of the subject land. On receipt of the said application, the second respondent is directed to consider the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the application.
