This application is filed seeking a direction to the defendants 1 & 2 to furnish security to the suit claim failing which to pass an order of attachment of the following 8 flats which is morefully described in the schedule hereunder pending disposal of the suit. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Notice has been served and affidavit of service has also been filed, but there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 3.The case of the applicant is that he had been working on the project of development of the lands for several years along with the respondents herein, on the understanding that the applicant will be suitably rewarded as per the written understanding given by the second defendant. But, unfortunately, the first and second defendants cheated the applicant and has not given the amount lawfully due to him.

Hence, he filed the above suit. 4.Earlier this Court has passed an order dated 03.08.2021 for furnishing the security. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, despite the direction of furnishing the security, till date, the same has not been complied with. Therefore, he insist upon ordering attachment.
