When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, has submitted that the encroachments in question have been removed.

2. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.

3. However, we make it clear that if any further encroachments are found, it is open for the petitioner to bring the same to the notice of the authority, who shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
